Bespoke Maintenance provides maintenance, repair, handyman, custom cleaning, house sitting / home check, home management and home ownership services to trades and vendors for their clients.

We are here so that you are able to supplement your services and to help you wrap up that renovation, get that house on the market or complete that project so your clients are happy.

• Maintenance and Repair – Looking after ongoing maintenance items and repair projects such as; drywall repair, painting, faucet repair/change, drain repair, patio / walkway repair, door and door handle repair/adjustment, light or light bulb changes, fix loose towel bars and shelves etc.
• Home Check Services – Proactively checking on the systems in the home or condo to identify and address items before they become larger (and more costly) issues. Most common areas checked; faucets, drains, fans and vents, basements / ceilings / walls / windows for water damage, fire and carbon monoxide detectors, GFCI operation, doors and window operation etc.
• Repair / Project Management – If you don’t have time to do so, or would like to leave it to the experts, we manage those larger repair projects so that you don’t have to. If we are not able to fix through our Maintenance services or a licensed contractor is required, then we can manage the entire project by using one of our specialized services or contractors.
• Custom Cleaning Services – Custom cleaning services from Tile and Grout Cleaning and Sealing, Deck, Patio and Driveway Cleaning, Renovation and Construction Cleaning, Interior and Exterior Windows, Heavy duty (deep) to light and ongoing cleanings.
