Bespoke Maintenance provides home maintenance, repair, handyman, custom cleaning, house sitting / home check and property and home staging services to real estate agents.

• • Home Preparation for Sale

Working with you and the home owner to prepare the entire home for sale. We work independently or with a certified home stager to help identify what may need to be done to prepare the home for sale.

• • New Home Buyers / Purchasers

We work with your buyers to help them address items that may have been identified in the home inspection, what items they may have on their to-do list and any other home maintenance items that may need to be addressed. We will develop a project list with estimates and will address each item in priority or as the budget allows.

• • Regular Home Ownership

We work with homeowners to identify the ongoing maintenance needs of their home and if they do not have time to address, we provide services to look after them on their behalf.

How does it work?

We will work with you and your client (if needed) to identify and address any of the homes needs based on budget and timeline. We also work with a certified home stager who can also assist in identifying what may be needed.

Repairs are charged at an hourly rate and for larger projects we will provide an estimate for the work. Some of our real estate services:[checklist icon=”check” iconcolor=”#ffffff” circle=”yes”]

• Repair and Handyman Services – Looking after all the repair projects such as; drywall repair, painting, faucet repair/change, drain repair, patio / walkway repair, door and door handle repair/adjustment, light fixture or light bulb replacement, fix loose towel bars and shelves etc.
• Property and Home Staging – Working with our Certified Home Stager, we are able to offer a range of services for your listing; home staging quotes, complete consultations, furniture and accessory rentals etc.
• Repair / Project Management – If you don’t have time to do so, or would like to leave it to the experts, we manage those larger repair projects so that you don’t have to. If we are not able to fix through our Maintenance services or a licensed contractor is required, then we can manage the entire project by using one of our specialized services or contractors.
• Custom Cleaning Services – Custom cleaning services from Tile and Grout Cleaning and Sealing, Deck, Patio and Driveway Cleaning, Renovation and Construction Cleaning, Interior and Exterior Windows, Heavy duty (deep) to light and ongoing cleanings.
• Tile and Grout Cleaning – Removing all that dirt that builds up over time to make it look new and sealing it (if required).
• Home Check – Proactively checking systems in the home to identify and address items before they become larger (and more costly) issues. Most common areas checked; faucets, drains, fans and vents, basements / ceilings / walls / windows for water damage, fire and carbon monoxide detectors, GFCI operation, doors and window operation etc.
