Below are our house sitting / home watch rates in our standard service areas of Oakville, Burlington, Milton and Hamilton. Additional fees may apply for homes outside of our standard service area, please inquire for details.

Under 3000 Sq. Ft.	$55 per visit	$45 per visit
3000 – 4000 Sq. Ft.	$65 per visit	$55 per visit
4000 – 5000 Sq. Ft.	$75 per visit	$65 per visit
5000 – 6000 Sq. Ft.	$85 per visit	$75 per visit

For homes over 6000 square feet or for less frequent checks, please contact us for an estimate.

Note: Our home watch services do not replace first party alarm response. Should an house alarm occur, the proper authorities should be contacted.
