Each one of our Home Watch visits is documented and as a home maintenance and repair company, Bespoke Maintenance is able to look after any issue should it arise.

Below is a list of items Bespoke Maintenance will check on and document during our home watch visit.
We are able to provide proof to your insurance company of our visit, just in case you ever need to make a claim.
Check exterior of home for signs of damage or entry
Check all rooms in home
Check ceilings for signs of water damage and cracks
Check walls for signs of water damage and cracks
Check windows for condensation, leaks, cracks etc.
Run all plumbing fixtures
Check plumbing fixtures and drains for signs of leaks
Check all drains to ensure water is draining correctly
Check furnace operation for heating/cooling
Check basement for water leaks
Check basement for sump pump operation
Check basement for sewer back-up
Check hot water tank for operation and leaks
Check operation of all fridges and freezers
Remove all newspapers and flyers
Check for mail
Check for rodents, animal and/or bug infestations
Run hood vent
Check breaker panel and reset any tripped breakers
