Bespoke Maintenance is one of Halton’s top maintenance and repair companies. We are Baeumler Approved and for over 6 years have been providing home and business owners throughout Burlington, Oakville and Milton with quality craftsmanship for all of their repair, maintenance and improvement projects, both large and small, inside and outside.
We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative to help grow our business by offering our Repair, Maintenance and Improvement services.
The ideal Sales Representative will be highly motivated, enjoy selling, networking and building long lasting customer relationships.
Key position responsibilities:
Present, promote and sell Bespoke’s suite of repair, maintenance and improvement services
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Connect with new customer leads
Develop and execute new ideas for customer acquisition
Expedite the resolution of any customer issues to maximize customer satisfaction
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products, promotions and services
Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements:
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
A desire to network and make new connections
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Knowledge of home repair and design
Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle
